Agreement Terms & Conditions
As a participant  (“Advertiser”) in the Word Alive International Outreach, Inc. (“Word Alive”) business directory, I (“Advertiser”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Commit  to honor God With my Business:
I pledge to...

• Serve the Lord with all of my heart and soul.
• Be honest at all times and conduct business according to God’s Word.
• Practice personal integrity in business dealings and be Christlike with my employees, patrons, partners, clients and customers.
• Treat others with the same kindness and care that I would want from them, including my competitors.
• Provide superior quality products and services.
• Never promote products, materials and/or services that advertise any illegal activities, pornographic or sexually suggestive content, gaming, gambling or contending faiths.
• Fulfill  the requirements of Membership at Word Alive

Word Alive has established an Open Enrollment period for Advertisers to register advertisements for that year’s Business Ministry Season.  The Business Ministry Season is 12 months.  It is the responsibility of Advertiser to re-register each Ministry Season.  In the event Advertiser does not complete the enrollment of an advertisement prior to the close of Open Enrollment, the Advertiser’s advertisement will not be included in the printed directory for that Ministry Season. If Advertiser chooses to advertise in the Directory after the Open Enrollment period has closed, advertisement will appear only in the Directory’s on-line version.

Advertiser represents and warrants that advertising content and messages: (a) will not violate any third party’s patent, copyright or trade secret and that Advertiser holds all rights and licenses to permit the use of content and messages. (b) will not contain any material that is defamatory, slanderous, libelous, obscene, illegal, sexual or pornographic and that pertains to military arms or defense, non-Christian social chats or forums, gaming or gambling or contending faiths. (c) will comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing advertising and other business practices.

Advertiser understands and agrees that prior to advertisement placement, its content will be reviewed and approved by the church.  Advertiser agrees and understands that the church may require Advertiser to modify his/her advertisement as a condition precedent to advertising in the Business Directory.  Advertiser also agrees and understands that the church may require Advertiser to participate in specific activities, including but not limited to, becoming a member of the church and fulfilling the requirements of membership as a condition precedent to advertising in the Business Directory.  Advertiser agrees to and will adhere to the conditions of the church.

Advertiser understands and agrees that priority placement in the printed Directory, is at the sole discretion of Word Alive.  Word Alive reserves the right to refuse business to anyone.
Advertiser agrees not to use the directory and/or its contents for the creation and distribution of mailing lists, telemarketing techniques, emails, voice mails, texts, or any other advertising and/or marketing strategies whatsoever.  Advertiser agrees that Word Alive has the sole right to remove any and all advertisers from any and all directories.  

Advertiser agrees to hold harmless, protect and defend Word Alive, their officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors and vendors for any and all actions, claims and/or damages resulting from the performance of the agreement between Word Alive and Advertiser.

Advertiser agrees to hold harmless, protect and defend Word Alive their officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors and vendors for any and all actions, claims and/or damages resulting from the performance of the agreements between Advertiser and Advertiser’s customers and/or Advertiser’s vendors.
Advertiser agrees that the church has not, nor will not, directly or indirectly warrant, endorse or promote the performance, services, products, employees, sub-contractors and/or agents of the Advertiser.

Advertiser, to the fullest extent permitted by law, shall indemnify, hold harmless, protect and defend Word Alive, their officers, directors, employees, agents, subcontractors and vendors from and against any and all claims, losses, damages and liabilities, including attorneys’ fees and expenses, resulting from the advertisement and its content; any violation of privacy rights and/or infringement of copyrights; any federal, state or local laws relating to the Advertiser’s performance and/or performance of the materials; and any breach by Advertiser.
 

Violations

In the event Advertiser has violated the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, Word Alive will promptly notify Advertiser in writing.  Advertiser from receipt of  notice will have 14 days to correct violation.   If Advertiser fails to correct violation within the stipulated time, Word Alive may cancel this agreement within and remove the Advertiser from the directory.
